After-school Group/Private Tutorials (August 11, 2025 - May 15, 2026)

*All sessions are subject our availability per semester, registration fee, and cancellation policy.

*No refund or reschedule for NO SHOWS  less than a 24 hour cancellation. Please note reschedules for private sessions are limited. Third grade and greater private students reschedule will be placed in a group sessions.

Quarter Prepayment ($324.00/ 9-weeks. Please note the payment DUE DATES. There is a $25 fee for each late 9-weeks prepayment.

*$34/30 minutes Private Session Per Student (Reading and Writing, Science, or Math)

*$36/1.5 hour Group Session

*Material Fee NOT Included

*STAAR Simulation Test Purchase Options (TBA)

*PLUS a one time non-refundable $50 registration fee AT the time of registration.

Prepayment accepted by Zelle.  Please include the student's name on all Zelle payments AND text the copy of payment. Visit "Pricing" for payment due dates.

1st Quarter (9 weeks): August 17, 2025

2nd Quarter (9 weeks): October 19, 2025

3rd Quarter (9 weeks): January 2, 2026

4th Quarter (9 weeks): March 22, 2026

Second 9-Weeks: 10/12/25 to 12/19/25

Third 9-Weeks: 1/4/26 to 3/6/26

Fourth 9-Weeks: 3/8/26 to 5/15/26

*Thanksgiving Break 11/23/25 to 11/28/25

*Christmas Break 12/22/25 to 1/2/26

*Spring Break 3/15/26 to 3/20/26

***Please note MONDAY HOLIDAYS for groups (3rd-12th graders private sessions) must be reschedule during the week by parents. Pre-K through 2nd grade may reschedule, but availability is often limited for the students same scheduled time.
