After-school Group/Private Tutorials (August 09, 2026 - May 14, 2027)

*All sessions are subject to our availability per semester, registration fee, and cancellation policy.

*No refund or reschedule for NO SHOWS  less than a 24 hour cancellation. Please note reschedules for Pre-K to 2nd grade private sessions are limited. Third grade and greater private students reschedule will be placed in a Sunday group sessions. All reschedules for group and private sessions will be on the 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of each month.

Please note the Quarterly prepayment DUE DATES. There is a $25 fee for each late quarterly prepayment.

*$34/30 minutes Private Session Per Student

*$36/1.5 hour Group Session

*Material Fee NOT Included (Quarterly Prepayment will include a material fee.)

*STAAR Simulation Test Purchase Options (TBA)

*PLUS a one time non-refundable $50 registration fee AT the time of registration. (August 2026 - August 2027)

Prepayment accepted by Zelle.  Please include the student's name on all Zelle payments AND text the copy of payment  (Payment Date, Amount,  Parent's name, Student Name).  Visit "Pricing" for payment due dates.

1st Quarter (9 weeks): August 14, 2026

2nd Quarter (9 weeks): October 16, 2026

3rd Quarter (9 weeks): January 08, 2027

4th Quarter (9 weeks): March 12, 2027

***Please note MONDAY HOLIDAYS for groups (3rd-12th graders, private sessions) must be reschedule during the week by parents. Pre-K through 2nd grade may reschedule, but availability is often limited for the students same scheduled time.
